Payment:
We accept payments and credit cards through PayPal and the payment services offered on Ebay and Etsy. If payment method is through PayPal, your credit card and payment accounts are protected through this service. Your credit card is processed through PayPal, but you do not have to register an account to do so. Please refer to the policies of Ebay and Etsy for outlines of their payment protections.
 

Shipping:
Items ship within 1-3 business days after payment and address verification.

For shipments in the United States, shipping is by USPS with options for First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Priority Express. Stained glass items ship USPS Priority mail only.

International shipments are through USPS Priority Mail International, and the buyer is responsible for any taxes or customs fees.

All items are shipped with delivery confirmation to track the package. When shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package.
 

Refunds:
All sales are final. When orders are shipped, delivery confirmation is included to track the package.

Please contact us within 1-3 days of receipt if there is a problem with your item.
 

Privacy Policy:
Sisters Studio strictly protects your privacy. We will never share your personal information with anyone. Any personal information that you provide is used internally to process and ship your order, or to contact you about your order if necessary.

When orders are processed through PayPal, your credit card and payment accounts are protected through this service. We do not have access to any credit card or payment account information, so we can never share or store this information. This is also true of purchases made through Ebay and Etsy.

If you purchase a Sanctity of Life chaplet, you are not allowed to make copies of the prayers, brochure or chaplet design. The Sanctity of Life chaplet design, brochure and prayers are copyrighted by the chaplet's author/creator.
